Select ‘Purchase Skype credit’ on the left hand navigation, or click ‘Add’ on the top right hand header next to your current balance.

Choose a payment method from the available options

The available payment options will vary depending on country and credit history. We are continually trying to add more purchase options. If you are not presented with the option to pay by credit card please use one of the alternative payment options.

Allocate credit to users via the Control Panel

Once the credit has been added to your Control Panel, you will see the new balance in the top right hand corner.

You can now go to the ‘Manage people’ tab and select ‘Skype Credit’.

You can either add a certain amount to selected users, or you can top them up to a certain amount if they already have some credit in their account.
