Call Transfer – transfer calls easily
You can transfer calls simply and easily to other Skype contacts, landlines or mobile phones too.
Answer your call
Answer an incoming call by clicking the green call button.
Select call transfer
To transfer the call select Menu > Transfer the call to…. Alternatively, you can go to Call > Transfer the call on the toolbar or right click on the call window and select Transfer the call from the menu
Select a contact or number to transfer the call to
When selecting “Transfer the call to…”, a list containing your five most recent transfers or calls will appear. You can select one of these contacts or use the “Someone else …” option to select another contact.
When transferring the call to a Skype contact, you can enter a message in the window so that they know what the call is about.
People with a monthly subscrption can also transfer the call to a landline or mobile phone by entering the number in the text box.
Transfer the call
To begin transferring the call, click the Transfer button.
As soon as the other person picks up the transferred call, you will be disconnected from the call.
Note: You can only transfer incoming calls.
